Rezoning Rental Plan Passes December 14th

Vancouver City Council approved the Rezoning Rental Plan in a 10-1 vote on December 14, 2021. The following is a report on the vote and council discussion sent out to Kits residents by the Upper Kitsilano Residents Association.
