Tenants living in two large rental buildings in Kits could be displaced. Rezoning for 2244 and 2280 West 6th Avenue at Council for review on May 19, 2026. Public hearing and public speakers are now prohibited. Two 22-storey towers are proposed for Ontario-based REITs.
